Please inform us clearly of your decision to cancel your order. You can do this by contacting us via email, in person or through the contact us page.

To meet the cancellation deadline, simply ensure that you send your cancellation request before the period expires.


FAULTY GOODS

  • If you discover that your goods are faulty upon arrival or develop issues during the warranty period, you are eligible for a replacement.
  • If a customer needs to return an item for any reason, they should contact our support team, who will guide them through the process smoothly.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of our invoice to facilitate the processing of the return.
  • TekEir will dispatch replacement orders to consumers within 3 working days.
  • Customers are advised to inspect the goods upon receipt to ensure all items are present and free from any damages.
  • Customers are kindly requested to notify us within three days of receiving their parcel if any items are missing.
  • Repairing faults related to unofficial software on set-top boxes may incur a fee of 10 euros for resolution.
  • For CCTV systems, resolving issues related to customers forgetting usernames or passwords may involve a fee of 20 euros.

 

WARRANTY PERIODS

  • For all remotes we offer a 6 months warranty, this is due to their high wear rate.
  • On all other items, we offer the following.
  1. Worldwide warranty: we offer a 1-year warranty to fix or replace the item 
  2. EU warranty: To comply with EU law, we provide a 2-year warranty for our products. This warranty includes 1 year of coverage from TekEir and an additional year covered by the manufacturer. If necessary, during the warranty period, items may need to be shipped back to the manufacturer for testing and replacement.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All returns should be sent to the Returns Address at the top of the page.
  • For faster service, we recommend using our contact us page, although customers are welcome to call/email our support team.
  • We do not encourage ‘Shop and Try it’ – customers should consult our technical pages or email support before purchasing if unsure. 
  • Returned goods that do not meet the above criteria will be classified as 'In Dispute'. Products in dispute will not qualify for refunds or exchanges. A detailed explanation will be provided regarding why the product is in dispute. Customers may opt to have these items re-shipped at their expense, or they will be disposed of after 30 days.
